Bill Dow is a Canadian actor. He is best known for his recurring roles as Dr. Bill Lee in the Stargate franchise from 2001 to 2011, Dr. Charles Burks in The X-Files from 1995 to 2001 and Mayor Russ Hathaway in Da Vinci's Inquest from 2003 to 2005.
He has made guest appearances on such series as 21 Jump Street, MacGyver, Highlander, The Commish, Madison, Millennium, Seven Days, The 4400, Dead Like Me, Kyle XY, Once Upon a Time, Continuum, The Flash, The Man in the High Castle and Supernatural.
He appeared in two episodes of the revival series from 1997 to 1998:
