Jessica Steen (born December 19, 1965) is a Canadian film and television actress.

She is noted for her roles in Captain Power and the Soldiers of the Future, Homefront, Earth 2, Armageddon, Left Behind: World at War, NCIS, Flashpoint and Heartland. She has made guest appearances on such series as ER, Touched by an Angel and Murder One.

She was the first actress to play Dr. Elizabeth Weir in the Stargate SG-1 two-parter "Lost City" before being succeeded in the role by Torri Higginson in later episodes and the spin-off series Stargate: Atlantis.

She appeared in three episodes of the revival series from 1996 to 2000:
